Annie Warren has extensive experience in general litigation and tort liability, focusing primarily on products liability, general liability, and business litigation. She has participated in all phases of litigation, ranging from fact and expert discovery through motion practice, trial, and appeal. A significant portion of Annie's practice has been devoted to briefing complex legal issues at both the trial and appellate levels. This includes briefing on issues of strict liability, comparative fault, juror misconduct, product identification, spoliation, insurance bad faith, and the bulk-supplier and learned-intermediary doctrines.

Before joining Smith Moore Leatherwood, Annie practiced at an AmLaw 100 law firm in the Midwest where she represented product manufacturers, suppliers, service providers and insurers in complex tort and product-liability litigation throughout the country. Annie also worked in-house for a global diversified industrial company, assisting and advising on product, commercial and general liability matters.
