Triangle Business Journal recognizes Beth Trahos for dynamic leadership
RALEIGH – Beth Trahos, an attorney in Smith Moore's Raleigh office, was presented the Triangle Business Journal's 2006 Women in Business Award at an awards luncheon and ceremony Thursday, August 10th at the RTP Sheraton Imperial Hotel.
Trahos received the award for her leadership as a real estate and land use attorney and her contribution to the community. She is Chairperson of the Wake County Planning Board and is Town Attorney for Rolesville, NC. Through her work in these areas, Trahos provides guidance in a wide range of Triangle planning, zoning and site development situations. She also volunteers with a number of nonprofit and community organizations.
The Triangle Business Journal's Women in Business Awards program honors 25 businesswomen and one lifetime achievement award winner each year for their excellence and accomplishments in the Triangle's business community.
