Smith Moore Attorney Honored by American College of Trial Lawyers

GREENSBORO – Smith Moore LLP is proud to announce that Greensboro attorney Alan W. Duncan was recently honored by the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Alan Duncan has been inducted as one of three new Fellows from North Carolina.  His law practice includes litigation and health care.  Prior to this year's inductions, the College had only 112 active/retired Fellows from North Carolina among its ranks, including Smith Moore's J. Donald Cowan, Jr., Larry B. Sitton, Bynum M. Hunter, and Stephen P. Millikin.

The American College of Trial Lawyers was founded in 1950 and is considered to be the premier professional organization in America.  Composed of the best of the Trial Bar in the United States and Canada, the college extends invitations for fellowship based on exceptional skill, ethical conduct, professionalism, and civility.  There are currently more than 5,000 Fellows across the United States and Canada.
