D. Clark Smith Jr. is a member in the firm's litigation practice.

Complementing his civil litigation practice, Clark is a  founder of the firm's "Benefit Corporation Team."  The "B Team" focuses on  exploring and serving the legal needs of aspiring or existing "benefit" or "B  Corp" companies –for-profit businesses that seek to better the world through identified social missions and by focusing on sustainability and TPL/3BL (the  "triple bottom line" pillars of profits, people, and planet.)

Clark also handles cases for medical malpractice defense, professional licensing, including representation before professional licensing boards, and general business counseling for physician practices.
