Smith Moore Leatherwood Welcomes Matthew Krueger-Andes

Charlotte, N.C. — Smith Moore Leatherwood is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Krueger-Andes to the firm's Litigation team in the Charlotte office. Krueger-Andes' practice will focus primarily on commercial litigation & tax work, with a particular emphasis on fiduciary litigation.

Krueger-Andes graduated from Elon University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as Editor of the Elon Law Review. He received his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire. Krueger-Andes' previous experience includes clerkships for Judge Robert N. Hunter Jr., Judge Cressie H. Thigpen Jr. and Judge Chris Dillon, all in the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Most recently, he clerked for Judge Louis A. Bledsoe, III in the North Carolina Business Court.
