Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP Expands Litigation Group With Addition of Stephanie Flynn

Greenville, S.C. (February 7, 2017) – Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Stephanie G. Flynn to the firm’s Greenville office. Flynn will join the litigation group, continuing her focus on toxic and mass torts and asbestos litigation. She also represents a broad range of clients in her products liability practice including manufacturers, suppliers and retailers of automotive equipment and products, industrial equipment, latex products, pharmaceuticals and recreational products, and has experience in transportation litigation and appellate work.

Flynn received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and her bachelor's degree from College of Charleston. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. Among her many honors, she has been selected to Best Lawyers in America® (2013-present), named to the Best Lawyers Business Edition for personal injury litigation (spring 2016), and was a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 37.
