Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP Expands Government Relations Services With Addition Of Joshua Lanier

Raleigh, N.C.  – Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Lanier will join the government relations practice group, focusing on lobbying before legislative and executive branches.  

"Josh's experience in government relations and public affairs strategically expands the firm's legal capabilities for our clients in North Carolina," said Michelle Frazier, leader of the Government Relations group. "I am thrilled to work with Josh and know his depth of knowledge and energetic personality will complement our practice group."

Lanier received his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Hampden-Sydney College. His prior experience includes working on grassroots campaigns for local, state, and federal advocacy efforts. He is knowledgeable of legislative processes and strategies, and has been involved in state and federal campaigns providing multiple facets of support from strategic input to grassroots mobilization. Additionally, Lanier is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.
