Watt has been practicing health care law for more than 25 years, representing hospitals, physician groups and various ancillary providers on a variety of health care matters. He has been significantly involved in managed care contracting and hospital and physician relationships (involving joint ventures, compensation arrangements, gainsharing, and other matters), compliance programs, and mergers and acquisitions.
