GREENVILLE, SC — When fleet owners and trucking executives have questions or need easy-to-find information about issues related to the trucking industry, BigTruckTV.com is set to become their go-to resource.  In an effort to aid its visitors by providing insights into legislative policies and procedures, the website recently tapped Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP attorney and partner Rob Moseley to serve as an industry legal resource.

"We are extremely excited to have Rob Mosley join us as an industry expert blogger on Big Truck TV," says Michael Carpentier - CEO of Big Truck TV Inc.  "Navigating the legal roadmap is a daunting task for many fleets and the industry leading advice that a lawyer of Rob's caliber and experience can bring to the table will be of enormous value to the Big Truck TV audience of Fleet Executives."

Big Truck TV has partnered with the American Trucking Association to offer the largest online video based information library.  The web channel offers owners and operators educational content including case studies, expert point-of-views and instructional videos.

Moseley, who leads Smith Moore Leatherwood's transportation industry practice group from its Greenville, SC, office, focuses his practice on the representation of trucking companies and their insurance carriers.  He advises trucking companies on proactively assessing and addressing risk and planning for growth and development, while also working closely with trucking insurance companies.

A graduate of The Citadel and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Moseley is a member of the South Carolina Trucking Association Board of Directors and is active in the Transportation Lawyers Association.  He was recently recognized by Law & Politics as a South Carolina Super Lawyer for his work in the transportation industry.
