Smith Moore Leatherwood Announces Relocation of Wilmington Office

November 24, 2015

Wilmington, N.C.  — Smith Moore Leatherwood is pleased to announce the relocation of the Wilmington office to the new BB&T Building at 101 N. Third Street in March 2016.  The growth of the office motivated the search for a space that will accommodate future expansions.

"We've been very pleased in our current location, which is just a few blocks away from the new office, but we are at capacity and need the ability to expand to accommodate additional attorneys," said David Martin, partner in charge.  "Because this is a new building, it gives us the ability to design the office to maximize our use of the space, and to be more efficient in how we work and where we work."

Smith Moore Leatherwood will utilize 9,200 square feet of space on the fourth floor of the BB&T Building, a more than 3,500 square-foot increase from their current offices at 300 N. Third Street.
