Allyson Labban is a partner in the firm's health care practice group. Allyson advises and litigates concerning certificate of need, facility licensure and certification surveys and penalty appeals, and other health care regulatory matters. Her practice includes representation of health care providers in certificate of need disputes, medical staff matters, reimbursement appeals, and fraud and abuse investigations. Allyson also counsels hospitals, long term care facilities, home health agencies, hospices, and other members of the health care industry on matters such as corporate compliance, HIPAA compliance, professional licensing, facility licensure, and risk management.
