Overview

Efficiency is critical to a manufacturer’s success. Our Advanced Manufacturing Team combines experience and industry knowledge across several legal disciplines to provide manufacturing clients with the practical advice they need—all from a single source.

Whether competing locally or globally, manufacturers face financial, operational, and regulatory issues that can impact their ability to expand and grow. Our team addresses corporate and financial matters, labor and employment counseling, litigation, environmental issues, real estate, business incentives, intellectual property, and/or insurance matters using an integrated, pragmatic approach. In addition, our attorneys have advised clients regarding FDA and CPSC regulatory reporting and product recalls (both voluntary and involuntary). Our experience includes working with companies that have manufactured:

  • Apparel
  • Automotive and motor vehicle products, including heavy-duty and emergency vehicles
  • Construction equipment and building products
  • Industrial equipment
  • Furniture
  • Medical devices (See Chemical and Life Sciences for more information)
  • Office products
  • Polymers, composites and textiles
  • Sports equipment and watercraft
