Katie Fowler Monoc Joins Smith Moore Leatherwood

Charleston, S.C. —  Smith Moore Leatherwood is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Fowler Monoc to the firm's litigation team in the Charleston office. Monoc focuses her practice on civil litigation as well as general counsel work, political law, and economic development. Monoc was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers magazine – Rising Stars edition for general litigation in 2015 and 2016.

Monoc earned her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Presbyterian College in 2002 and her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law in 2009, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Charleston Law Review.  Prior to law school, she worked in the South Carolina General Assembly and on various political campaigns.
