Charlotte’s Heather White will be the moderator of the upcoming ACC - Charlotte Chapter Women’s Affinity Group’s bi-monthly “Discussion & Cocktails” social entitled, “You’ve Leaned In…Now It’s Time to Move Up” – Cracking the Glass Ceiling and the Importance of Sponsors in Reaching Your Career Potential. 

Attendees will listen to a moderated panel of women in- house counsel and executives who have experience with sponsorship and overcoming barriers in the workplace. Panelists for this discussion on this cultural hot topic include: 

  • Debra Plousha Moore, Chief Human Resources Officer/Executive Vice President, Carolinas Healthcare System
  • Christine Brown, General Counsel – Latin America, ACN Inc.
  • Jane Lewis-Raymond, General Counsel, Piedmont Natural Gas
