This year's program will focus on recent Probate Court issues and developments in the areas of creditor protection, tax law and resolving tax issues with identify theft. Insights on guardianships/conservatorships state mental health system for mental health commitments and a pilot project on physician's orders for life sustaining treatment will also be featured. In addition, a full hour will be devoted to a panel discussion on general practice issues in Probate Court. The day will wrap up with Prof. Alan Medlin’s annual case law update.
