This hour-long presentation will explore how Litigation Consultants utilize psychology and communication research to develop powerful narratives and persuasion strategies throughout the trial process. Telling the right story goes far beyond a riveting opening statement, it is also the key to excelling in areas like discovery, Voir dire and witness prep. Given this lasting impact, early narrative development is crucial.

Matt McCusker is a Litigation Consultant and former President of the American Society of Trial Consultants (ASTC) who has recently relocated to the Charlotte, NC area. Matt has nationwide experience on high stakes and high profile cases on both sides of the aisle. His prior clients include many Fortune 500 companies, government/municipalities and trial lawyers.
