Attorney Kevin McCarrell Listed In Greenville Business Magazine's Best & Brightest

Greenville, S.C. – Smith Moore Leatherwood attorney M. Kevin McCarrell has been selected to Greenville Business Magazine’s 2016 Best & Brightest 35 and Under.  Created to honor Greenville’s young leaders for their professional and community contributions, the Best & Brightest program is in its 23rd year of recognizing outstanding young professionals. Honorees are selected based on professional achievements, community service and educational backgrounds.

McCarrell is a member of the firm's litigation group, focusing on business litigation with an emphasis on creditors' rights and bankruptcy. He received his juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina Honors College. He is a member of the board of directors for Compass of Carolina, currently serving as treasurer, and was recently selected to participate in Leadership Greenville Class 43. Additionally, he served as a loaned executive for United Way and as campaign coordinator for the firm’s Greenville office.
