Andrea Carska-Sheppard Joins Smith Moore

GREENSBORO – Andrea Carska-Sheppard has joined the Greensboro office of Smith Moore.  Her practice will focus on international and federal intellectual property law.

Carska–Sheppard graduated from McGill Law School in Montreal, Canada with degrees in both Common Law and Civil Law.  She has previous experience as a law clerk for the Federal Court of Canada, and was on the litigation team for the Department of Justice/International Trade in Ottawa, Canada in a major international investment dispute between the Government of Canada and the United Parcel Service of America Inc.  Andrea is not admitted to practice in North Carolina, but is admitted in New York, the Federal Courts of Canada, and the Province of Ontario.
