Our firm has a longstanding tradition of transparent, participatory governance. Our Managing Partner (or another member of our Management Committee) gives a monthly briefing to every attorney about the firm's financial status, activities, strategic planning, and work of other firm committees. Important firm committees include young lawyers and staff members as well as senior partners. Our criteria for attorney compensation are detailed, written, and holistic, taking into account each person's overall contributions to the firm. We are proud of our tradition of approachable leadership and our efforts to build consensus when making important decisions.
