Greenville, SC – Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP attorney Kurt M. Rozelsky has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious organization comprised of the country's leading judges and plaintiff and defense trial counsel. "Rozelsky's extensive trial experience and commitment continues a longstanding tradition of firm involvement with trial work and ABOTA," said Tod Hyche, Managing Partner of the Greenville Smith Moore Leatherwood office. ABOTA membership requires completion of a minimum number of jury trials and focuses on preserving the right of trial by jury. ABOTA's exacting membership requirements include the highest level of skill, civility and integrity.

A member of the firm's litigation practice, Rozelsky primarily represents insurance companies and business entities in litigated matters. The majority of his practice is devoted to tort and commercial litigation, including the defense of transportation accidents, products liability, and business disputes. Rozelsky also advises numerous companies on risk management and safety issues. Rozelsky is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Georgia School of Law.
