May 11, 2016

Wilmington, N.C.  — Smith Moore Leatherwood has recently opened its doors to its new Wilmington office in the BB&T Building at 101 N. Third Street in the heart of downtown.

Smith Moore Leatherwood is utilizing 9,200 square feet of space in the BB&T Building, a more than 3,500 square-foot increase from their former offices at 300 N. Third Street. Situated on the 4th floor with amazing views of Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and downtown steeples, the firm is conveniently located across the street from the New Hanover Courthouse. The firm's new space also features artwork by Wilmington locals, Ned Leary and Sean Ruttkay.

"The growth of the firm's Wilmington office motivated the search for a space that will accommodate future expansions," said David Martin, partner in charge.  "Our new location offers larger, more efficient office space, and will allow us to better serve our clients and grow."
